While the Grand Lodge at Crested Butte Hotel http://www.skicb.com/ will be the Conference headquarters, Crested Butte Mountain Resort offers your choice of hotel or condominium accommodations in a variety of price ranges. They are all close to the conference activities. Click here for a map of the ski base area showing locations of condos and the hotel.

Hotel amenities include restaurants, exercise facilities, swimming pool, and hot tub. Some hotel rooms offer king beds, a coffee maker, and a small refrigerator. Condominiums offer a full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fireplace, and washer/dryer.

Registrants should make their own arrangements and reservations for lodging. Special Conference lodging rates have been arranged with Crested Butte Mountain Resort (1 888 443 6715) for the conference period beginning July 29th and extending three days after the conference dates only. The special rates must be booked before July 6, 2012. Rates for arrival prior to July 29th will be slightly higher. Rates per night for 2012 are:

manages a number of properties. The types of properties vary widely, as do the sizes, prices and amenities. Most will include a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, TV, hot tub and laundry facilities. The sizes range from 1-bedroom to 4-bedroom units. Rates will also vary depending on the length of your stay and the type of property. The least expensive 1-bedroom units start at $134 per night or $670.00 for a week, while the 4-bedroom units start at $290 per night or $1450.00 for a full week during the period of the conference. In addition there is 13.5% sales tax and a 5% service fee. Call the above number to discuss your specific requirements and be sure to ask for the Crested Butte Mountain Conference rate. The properties include units at Axtel, Chateaux, Columbine, Crested Mountain, Crested Mountain North, Eagle's Nest, Emmons, Evergreen, Gateway, Mountain Edge, Ponderosa, Redstone, Snowcrest, The Buttes, Three Seasons, Treasury Point, and Black Bear Lodge. A 20% discount is given for minimum of 3 nights and 7 nights for price of 5.

has rooms, most with 2 double beds, private bath and cable TV. Conference attendees are extended a 10% discount from the regular rate. Based on double occupancy, the rate for 2011 will be $121 (less 10% discount) plus 13.5% sales tax. Some larger rooms are available, as well as some units with kitchen and a living area. They also serve a daily continental breakfast and there is a hot tub on the deck. The seventh night is free.

The San Moritz Condominiums offer spacious 2, 3, and 4 bedroom accommodations for your family and friends, at a great value!
